World University Rankings
The well-established institution spread across the world are all ranked on various factors. The three main university ranking systems which are usually considered are the Q.S. World University Rankings, the Academic Ranking of World Universities and the Times Higher Education World University Rankings. It all depends on you to choose which university ranking you shall stick to.
The difference in these ranking systems is that they review universities on different critical criteria. Again, rankings can be only for the University, or for any particular domain/subject as well! If a college/University is well explicitly ranked for Medicine, it might not actually have an overall higher ranking. These rankings may throw light on the University’s previous research expertise, the faculty’s experience, alumni outreach, the international committee, student to faculty ratio, employability offers, etc. Choose which ranking system are you considering, wisely.
